AbstractWe aimed to discuss the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of dacryocystocele which is a rare pathology in utero seen. Dacryocystocele was identified in a routine ultrasound follow-up in a 32nd week pregnant woman whose all previous ultrasound follow-up examinations were normal. Dacryocystocele disappeared with regular massage therapy at the end of the third week in the postpartum period. Isolated dacryocystoceles can develop in utero and can be detected by ultrasound examination in any weeks of pregnancy. The follow-up is determined according to the patient and usually uncomplicated cases regress with simple treatments. |

ÖzetNadir görülen ve ultrasonografi ile intrauterin dönemde tanısı konulan dakrosistosel olgusunun, takip ve tedavisini güncel bilgiler eşliğinde tartışmayı amaçladık.Rutin takibinde bir özelliği olmayan gebede 32. haftada ultrasonografi ile dakrosistosel saptandı. Dakrosistosel düzenli masaj tedavisi ile doğum sonrası 3. haftada kayboldu. İzole dakrosistosel intrauterin dönemde gelişip gebeliğin herhangi bir haftasında saptanabilir. Takip vakaya göre belirlenir, genellikle komplikasyonsuz olgular basit tedavilerle geriler. |
