AbstractEndoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) is an often used actual intervention for the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malign pancreas and biliary tract diseases. There is a high risc of complications due to ERCP after surgical procedures that changes the normal upper gastrointestinal tract anatomy. 58 year old male patient has the history of subtotal gastrectomy, Billroth II gastrojejunostomy and cholecystectomy for peptic ulcer treatment approximately 15 years ago. Small intestinal perforation occured as a complication during ERCP due to choledocholitiazis & extrahepatic cholestazis. Here we report this case after primary small intestinal repair and surgical extraction of choledocholitiazis. |

ÖzetEndoskopik retrograd kolanjiyo-pankreatografi (ERCP), benign ya da malign pankreas ve safra yolu patolojilerinin tanı ve tedavisinde günümüzde sıklıkla uygulanan bir girişimdir. Normal üst gastrointestinal sistem anatomisinin bozulduğunda uygulanan ameliyatları geçirmiş olan hastalarda, ERCP işlemine bağlı komplikasyon gelişme riski daha yüksektir. Yaklaşık 15 yıl önce peptik ülser tedavisi için, subtotal gastrektomi, Billroth II ve kolesistektomi ameliyatı geçirmiş olan, 58 yaşındaki erkek hastada, koledokolitiazise bağlı ekstrahepatik kolestaz için yapılan ERCP sonrasında ince bağırsak perforasyonu gelişti. Bu yazıda, ince bağırsak primer onarımı ve koledok taşı aynı seansta cerrahi olarak tedavi edilen hasta sunulmaktadır. |
