AbstractIsolated congenital complete heart block is seen in only 1-2% of babies of mothers with anti-La/SSB and anti-Ro/SSA antibodies. This clinic is usually complete heart block and a pacemaker must be implanted to 2/3 of patients after birth. However, steroid therapy can be used for compensation when complete heart block is detected in antenatal follow-up. We present a case report of a fetal complete heart block, which was experienced any fetal and maternal complications, except for borderline oligohydramnios and the management with giving maternal oral dexamethasone in the light of literatures. |

Özetİzole konjenital komplet kalp bloğu, Anti-La/SSB ve anti-Ro/SSA antikorları pozitif olan annelerin bebeklerinin sadece % 1-2'sinde görülür ve doğum sonrası hastaların 2/3?üne kalp pili uygulaması gerekir. Ancak antenatal takiplerde komplet kalp bloğu tespit edildiğinde tedavide steroid kullanılabilmektedir. Sınırda oligohidroamnios dışında fetal ve maternal herhangi bir komplikasyonla karşılaşmadığımız komplet fetal kalp bloğu olan bir olgunun maternal oral deksametazonla ile tedavisini literatür ışığında sunmaktayız. |
