AbstractA pneumothorax is the collection of air in a pleural space. If there is no underlying etiological factor, its called primary spontaneous pneumothorax. Occurance of a simultaneous bilateral pneumothorax is a very rare and life-threatening condition. In this case report we present a case of simultaneous bilateral primary spontaneous pneumothorax (SBPSP). |

ÖzetPnömotoraks plevral boşlukta hava birikmesi durumudur. Altta yatan bir etiyolojik faktör olmaksızın gelişen pnömotoraks, primer spontan pnömotoraks olarak adlandırılır. Eşzamanlı bilateral olarak görülmesi ise oldukça nadir ve hayatı tehdit eden bir durumdur. Bu olgu sunumunda bir simultane bilateral primer spontan pnömotoraks (SBPSP) olgusu tartışılmıştır. |
