AbstractIn this case, we report anesthetic management of an 52-day-old boy with Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS) underwent Nissen fundoplication and gastrostomy under general anesthesia.The anesthetic management in these patients should be carried out with careful preoperative evaluation of physical status, to maintain hemodynamic stability and especially the difficult endotracheal intubation should be kept in mind. Anesthesia with remifentanil + midazolam was established to be safe anesthetic approaches for patients with Cornelia de Lange syndrome. |

ÖzetBu olguda, Nissen funduplikasyonu ve gastrostomi için cerrahi planlan Cornelia de Lange Sendrom'lu (CdLS) 52 günlük bir bebeğe anestezik yaklaşımımızı sunduk.Bu hastalarda, anestezi yönetiminde fiziksel durumu dikkatli bir preoperatif değerlendirme ile yapılmalı, hemodinamik stabilite sağlanmalı ve özellikle zor endotrakeal entübasyon akılda tutulmalıdır. Cornelia de Lange Sendromu olan bebeklerin anestezisinde midazolam + remifentanil infüzyonunun güvenle kullanılabileceği kanısındayız. |
