AbstractHemothorax, one of the most important diagnoses of thoracic surgery emergencies, may occur due to various reasons. Decision making and surgical approach are vital in a patient with hemothorax diagnosed after cardiopulmonary arrest. In this article, it was aimed to present the reason for occurrence of an iatrogenic hemothorax case and its surgical management. |

Kardiyopulmoner arrest sırasında hemotoraks tespit edilen bir olguda, karar verme ve yaklaşımda cerrahi yaklaşım ve yönetimi hayati önem taşır.
