Abstract
Pancretic pseudocysts are the most common complication of pancreatitis. Clinical findings depend on the size and location of pseudocysts. Obstructive jaundice is a rare complication of pancreatic pseudocysts. In this case report, a 38-year-old female patient with a giant pancreatic pseudocyst causing obstructive jaundice was presented.

Özet
Pankreatik psödokistler pankreatitin sık görülen bir komplikasyonudur. Yerleşim yeri ve boyutlarına göre klinik bulgu verirler. Pankreatik psödokistler nadir olarak tıkanma ikterine yol açarlar. Bu olgu sunumunda tıkanma ikterine yol açan dev bir psödokist olgusu sunulmuştur.
