AbstractEsophageal perforation is a surgical emergency associated with high morbidity and mortality. The most common cause of esophageal perforation is instrumentation. Prompt diagnosis and surgical treatment is necessary. Spontaneous perforation of the esophagus in a rare clinical entity which the analysis in difficult. Its diagnosis is often missed or delayed resulting in increased morbidity and mortality. In this study, the patient who was treated conservatively that had spontaneous rupture of the proximal esophagus was presented. |

ÖzetÖzofagus perforasyonu, yüksek morbidite ve mortaliteyle birlikte olan acil bir durumdur. En sık sebebi enstrümantasyondur. Erken dönemde tanı konulup tedavi edilmesi gerekir. Oldukça ender rastlanılan spontan özofagus rüptürü çözümlenmesi güç bir klinik sorundur. Tanısındaki hatalar ve gecikmeler artmış morbidite ve mortalite ile sonuçlanır. Bu çalışmada, proksimal özofagusta spontan rüptürü olan ve konservatif olarak tedavi edilen bir hasta sunuldu. |
