AbstractPneumothorax, the presence of air within the pleural space, is considered to be one of the most common forms of thoracic disease. The diagnosis of pneumothorax is established from the patients? history, physical examination and, where possible, by radiological investigations.The chest X-ray is a common and non-invasive diagnostic test that can provide a great deal of information concerning cardiopulmonary function and pathology. However, a variety of extraneous factors may lead to confusion in establishing an accurate diagnosis. |

ÖzetPnömotoraks, plevral boşluk içindeki hava birikmesi ile karakterize olan ve toraks hastalıkları içerisinde en yaygın görülen patolojilerden birisidir. Pnömotoraksın tanısının konulması, hastanın anamezi, fizik muayenesi ve radyolojik incelemesi ile mümkündür. Akciğer grafisi, kardiyopulmoner fonksiyon ve patoloji ile ilgili büyük oranda bilgi sağlayabilen yaygın ve non-invaziv tanısal bir testtir. Ancak, yabancı çeşitli faktörler doğru tanıda karışıklığa yol açabilir. |
