AbstractGallstone ileus is a rare cause of small bowel obstruction. A 85 year-old female patient was admitted with the complaints of nause, vomiting and abdominal pain. Pneumobilia detected on the ultrasonography, tought gallstone ileus. She was operated with the diagnosis of gallstone ileus and enterolithotomy performed. In this case report, information was given about our surgical approach and treatment methods with respect to the literature, and also care taken to gallstone ileus should be remembered as a cause of bowel obstruction. |

ÖzetSafra taşı ilesu, ince barsak obstruksiyonunun nadir bir nedenidir. 85 yaşında bayan hasta, bulantı-kusma, karın ağrısı şikayeti ile başvurdu. Ultrasonografi (USG)?de saptanan pnömobilia safra taşı ileusunu düşündürdü. Safra taşı ileusu tanısı konularak operasyona alındı ve enterolitotomi uygulandı. Bu olgu sunumunda, cerrahi girişimimiz ve literatürdeki tedavi yöntemleriyle ilgili bilgi verilip, intestinal obstrüksiyonlarda safra taşı ileusunun hatırlanmasına dikkat çekildi. |
