AbstractSweet ?s Syndrome is characterized by fever, tenderness due to inflammatory papules and nodules, that show dense neutrophil infiltrations in the dermis on histologic examination. It is often idiopathic. It may also occur in malignancies, inflammatory conditions, pregnancy and drug use.In this case report, we aimed to present a 69-year-old female with Sweet's syndrome secondary to breast cancer. |

ÖzetSweet Sendromu, ateş, ağrılı inflamatuvar papül ve nodüllerden oluşan, nötrofilik lökositoz ve histopatolojisinde dermiste yoğun nötrofil infiltrasyonu ile karakterize bir dermatozdur. Sıklıkla idiopatiktir. Malignitelerde, inflamatuvar durumlarda, gebelikte ve ilaç kullanımlarında da ortaya çıkabilir. Biz, bu vaka sunumumuzda meme kanserine sekonder olarak Sweet sendromu teşhisi konulan 69 yaşında bir kadın hastayı sunmayı amaçladık. |
