AbstractGastroenteropancreatic tumors are relatively rare tumors that can be encountered anywhere in the body, having possibility to cause carcinoid syndrome findings and followed by low rates of survival at advanced stages. Although they can be found anywhere in the gastrointestinal tract, it is not common to diagnose at right colon. In this case, we aimed to report a neuroendocrin tumor of right colon with clinical findings, surgical therapy and literature reports so far. |

ÖzetGastroenteropankreatik nöroendokrin tümörler tüm vücutta bulunabilen, karsinoid sendrom bulgularına yol açabilen, ileri evrelerde düşük sürvi oranlarıyla izlenen nispeten nadir tümörlerdir. Gastrointestinal kanalın herhangi bir yerinde bulunabilseler de sağ kolonda appendiks haricinde görülmeleri sık değildir. Bu olguda sağ kolondan kaynaklanan, preoperatif dönemde tanı almış bir nöroendokrin tümörü klinik bulguları, cerrahi tedavisi ve literatür bilgileri ışığında sunmayı amaçladık. |
