AbstractTransient osteoporosis of the hip is a rare clinical condition that is characterized by spontaneous beginning of hip pain and disappearance after a period, also appearance of late onset osteoporosis in the femoral head. In this article, we presented a pregnancy case. She applied to our clinic with low back pain in the third trimester. Her pain increased after normal delivery. We diagnosed transient osteoporosis of the hip, osteomalacia, edema both on femoral head and on sacral part of sacroiliac joint in addition sacrum fractures were identified via magnetic resonance imaging. |

ÖzetKalçanın geçici osteoporozu spontan olarak başlayan kalça ağrısının bir süre sonra ortadan kalkması ve femur başında geç ortaya çıkan osteoporoz görünümü ile karakterize olan nadir rastlanan klinik bir durumdur. Biz bu makalede, gebeliğin 3. trimesterinde bel ağrısı şikayeti ile başvurup normal doğum sonrasında ağrılarında artış olan hastanın magnetik rezonans görüntülemesinde femur başında ödem, sakroiliak eklemin sakral bölgesinde ödem ve sakrum fraktürü tespit edilen, kalçanın geçici osteoporozu ve osteomalazi tanısı alan bir olguyu sunduk. |
