AbstractRhinoliths are uncommon foreign bodies of the nose. They are formed by calcification of endogenous or exogenous foreign bodies in the nasal cavity. Halitosis or bad smelling discharge from the nose and nasal congestion are the most common complaints. The most important diagnostic methods are rigid endoscopy and computed tomography. The treatment of choice is surgical removal. Herein, we present a 16-year-old female with the complaint of halitosis and a 22-year-old female with unilateral nasal obstruction. |

ÖzetRinolitler, burun boşluğunda yer kaplayan endojen veya eksojen kaynaklı taşlaşmış yabancı cisimlerdir. Burunda kötü kokulu akıntı, ağız kokusu, burun tıkanıklığı en sık görülen şikayetlerdir. Rijit endoskopi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi en önemli tanı yöntemleridir. Tedavi rinolitin burundan çıkarılmasını içerir. Başka merkezde tedaviye rağmen geçmeyen ağız kokusu şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvuran 16 yaşında bayan hasta ve tek taraflı burun tıkanıklığı bulunan 22 yaşında bayan hastadan oluşan olgu sunumları sunulmuştur. |
