AbstractInflammatory Fibroid Polyp is a rare benign polipoid lesion of the Gastrointestinal tract commonly found in the stomach, however, it can also be found elsewhere throughout the gastrointestinal tract. The lesion is typically 1-3 cm in size, generally found as an obstructive symptoms, but, can also be found randomly during endoscopy. We presented here a case with inflammatory fibroid polyp causing obstruction. |

Özetİnflamatuar fibroid polip gastrointestinal sistemin nadir görülen, en sık mide antrumu olmak üzere, sistemin her bölgesinde yerleşebilen benign bir lezyonudur. Genellikle 1-3 cm boyutlarında olan lezyonun tanısı obtruksiyona bağlı yakınmalarla veya rastlantısal olarak konulmaktadır. Yazımızda obstrüksiyona neden olan ileal inflamatuar fibroid polip olgusu sunulmuştur. |
