AbstractAfter abdominopelvic(AP) malignant tumors operation, radiotherapy(RT) are used widely and consequently various complications may develop.Dose of RT,combined with chemotherapy,having had pelvic surgery, being greater than 60 years old and poor patient are important factors in the development of complications.The most common complications of AP RT are enteritis, proctitis, cystitis and intestinal fibrosis.İn this case,we aim to present a patient with intetinal fibrosis and ileus attacks after AP RT. |

ÖzetAbdominopelvik(AP) malign tümör ameliyatlarını takiben, radyoterapi(RT) yaygın olarak kullanılmakta ve buna bağlı çeşitli komplikasyonlar gelişebilmektedir. RT?nin dozu, kemoterapi ile kombine verilmesi, pelvik cerrahi geçirmiş olmak,yaşın 60 dan büyük olması ve zayıf hasta olmak komplikasyon gelişiminde etkili faktörlerdir.AP bölgeye uygulanan RT sonrasında en sık görülen komplikasyonlar; enterit,proktit,sistit ve intestinal fibrozistir.Biz bu vaka ile AP RT sonrası gelişen intestinal fibrozis ve ileus atakları olan bir hastayı sunmayı amaçladık. |
